I saw this album pop up on my Facebook On This Day feed a couple of days ago, so I figured that it is a good time to post its pictures here. For Boxing Day back in 2015, a friend and I took a trip to drive the !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! .
Obviously it was something that I have done many times, but of course to do so in the dead of winter was never in the cards for me... simply due to my vehicle choice. My friend, on the other hand, was driving a 10th-generation Ford F150 4x4 on A/T tires. That will do!
Our first stop was at the !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! :

As we approached !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , w e took advantage of the lack of traffic and the couple of single-lane bridges in the area, for an impromptu photoshoot :
Finally, we arrived at the !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , deep in the !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! and alongside !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! :
It was closed for the season, so of course my friend had to give it a “spin”!
These roads are what you guys will be travelling on in CoFL’s upcoming drive, so I thought that you might enjoy seeing them in a different light! I know that I was quite taken by how different everything is, just from the changing season.

Ah yes my stomping grounds. Highway 12 from Lillooet to Lytton is a good one too. Watch for the section where it goes down to a single lane for several kilometers.

Yes! I even have a video of that bit that you are referring to, because of course I do!

As long as there are no cars coming the other way, fun can be had on that bit... especially if you are either driving an E86 BMW Z4M Coupe, or chasing one with something that can kinda keep up :-)
Watch out for the rocks, though! Always keep your vision up and head at a swivel!

Awesome. I took a 2000 Toyota Sienna down there, but still had fun.
